Delivery

Once we have received your order and payment, our staff will pick, pack and dispatch the item (please allow 5 working days for delivery). We will aim to do this the same day for all orders placed Mon-Fri (excl Bank Holidays). At busy times however same day dispatch may not always be possible.

Please note: we do not currently deliver outside the United Kingdom. We maintain the right to refuse to deliver to a secondary address and we do use postcode verification procedures.

Delivery charges are £4.95 on orders up to £50 value and £7.95 on orders in excess of £50 value.

Returns

We realise that in shopping online you are unable to see and handle the products that you buy. Therefore if you are in anyway unhappy you may send it back within 14 days for an exchange or refund providing it is in the original packaging and condition, with the receipt of purchase. Please write your name and address on the reverse of the parcel. This will make it easier to process the return.

We suggest for your own protection you use 1st class registered post. You will have to meet the delivery costs of returning the products. Any loss of goods whilst being returned to flibberty will be deemed the responsibility of the sender and not flibberty.

Any refunds will be issued once we have received the goods, in there original condition. This refund only includes the total of goods sent not the delivery charge.

We will not charge a restocking fee for returned items.

Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
